Brad Warnock, a respected Georgia native, brings to the table a wealth of collective experiences and a diverse background, to his role as Director of Sales and Marketing for The Vining Group at Keller Williams Lake Oconee. A proud alumnus of the University of Georgia, Brad holds degrees in Geographic Information Systems and Biology, along with a Real Estate license. His professional journey kicked off in 2004, gaining invaluable experience from working with Re/Max Lake Oconee, Reynolds Lake Oconee, Coldwell Banker LO, and serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at US Energy Capital. His roots in Conyers, GA and connections in the Lake Oconee area, where he’s been coming since high school, further enrich his understanding of the local market. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Brad and Kim, his wife of 11 years, enjoy watching their young children grow and romp throughout Georgia’s Lake Country.
