The Vining Group Announces New Hires

September 25th, 2023 (Greensboro, Georgia) - The Vining Group at Keller Williams Lake Oconee is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its award-winning team – Skip Hulsey as REALTOR® and Brad Warnock as Director of Sales and Marketing. 

Skip Hulsey, a seasoned REALTOR®, brings with him nearly a decade of rich real estate sales experience. Known for his reliability, trustworthiness, and negotiation acumen, Skip has covered a wide territory from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the Florida Keys. He is currently honing his skills further by pursuing an MBA in Real Estate. Outside work, Skip enjoys outdoor activities, particularly at Lake Oconee, with his wife Gabby and their young son Charlie.

Joining us in a leadership role, Brad Warnock steps in as our Director of Sales and Marketing. Brad, a Georgia native, is a University of Georgia alumnus and a licensed Real Estate Agent. His professional career, which started in 2004, has seen him in key roles in esteemed organizations such as Re/Max Lake Oconee, Reynolds Lake Oconee, Coldwell Banker LO, and US Energy Capital. Brad's in-depth understanding of the local market, coupled with his professional insight, will undoubtedly add value to our clients' experience. Along with enjoying the best of Reynolds and Lake Oconee, Brad also enjoys spending time with his wife of 11 years, Kim, and his three wonderful children, Callen, Brooks and Anna.
